This is scary. They come in and recruit others, they probably help set up generators. Provide water, food, rides etc. Haul debri. They bond and pick up more recruits. This is clever and it's scary. Our people should be doing this.

We have Libre Initiative here and they help immigrants with their citizenship tests, driver tests. They sponsor women's shelters, provide free child care and free food. Guess what? They're owned by the Koch bros. They're a huge drive behind Latinos for Trump and other GOP Latino groups.
