I honestly don't know what her options are at this point...back to court to fight the fact that he'll refuse to pay?

He has a half-billion dollar "war chest" at his disposal. It's presumably for helping Republicans get elected, although I'm sure he'll pocket most of it.

So unless Ms. Carroll's attorneys can tap into "crowd funding" for a legal offense (and at this point, that's not an impossibility). I don't know how they'll counter "I'M NOT PAYING" and then WIN.
