Isn't that what all those Texas folks yell whenever they don't get their way?

I would love to see that idiot's face when the leaders of Houston announce that they have made a deal with another state (please let it be New Mexico!) to fund their city services and the state of Texas can shove it.

Then, the fun would begin!
