5. So where do they get their oil? Isn't their petroleum supply chain diversified? Aren't the UK and Norway oil producers?

Yesterday

Can't they buy American in the meantime? The US has over 9000 drilled but uncompleted wells in seven key oil and natural gas production regions in the United States. There are probably even more in the Gulf of Mexico. Can't we pick up production to keep them from running out for the next few months?
