First, he's a fucking liar. He's always just gonna do whatever, no matter what he ever said before.

No one he was ever running against was advocating wars (Republicans have been the war mongers in recent times).

Did Biden start any wars? did Obama? did Clinton?

He says 'no wars' and they just hear 'Democrats want to start wars'. If he said 'no green M & M's' they'd hear 'Democrats want to make us eat green M & M's'.
