"hasn't been a saint, but has committed no crime and has apologized to his wife".

HOKAY - I don't care how "consensual" he thought it was, he's not supposed to have sex with a member of his staff, especially one much younger, under the influence of alcohol. That's called SEXUAL HARASSMENT because of the balance of power. It's inappropriate and immoral at the very least and possibly ILLEGAL. We went through this shit with Andrew Cuomo.

I don't live in California, but I'm done with Swalwell.

"In 2019, when she was driving Swalwell around his district as part of her staff duties, he told her to stop in a parking lot, pulled out his penis, and asked her to give him oral sex, she said. She said she briefly complied, before stopping and telling Swalwell she was uncomfortable.

“He said to me, ‘You’re right, it’s probably not good for a congressman to be caught with his pants down,’” she told CNN."

So he asked a 21 year old staffer for road head, while portraying himself as a faithful family man. In 2020, I remember a picture of him taking his little daughter to see Ruth Bader Ginsburg lying in state. You know what? FUCK THAT GUY!!!

Now, Gavin Newsome has came out and admitted he had a brief affair with a married staffer in 2005 when he was divorcing Kimberly Guilfoyle. They both agreed it was wrong, but Newsome got out ahead of it. He admitted it and apologized. He also admitted he went to rehab to stop drinking. He didn't wait to get exposed by the press. GOOD IDEA!

I like Katie Porter anyway.
