Preservationists Sue Trump To Stop His Latest Redecorating Project

The suit was withdrawn when the claim was made that no action would be tajem before March 1st.

Lawsuit to stop work on Eisenhower building withdrawn

So now here we are "after" March 1st and I expect the suit will be refiled.
