28. Many will say this is not that big a departure from how it has been done in the past. That shouldn't be our position.

Our position should be to paint this as the precursor to a draft and we should be getting that message directly to every 18 to 25 year old man and his mother. And we should say this is the work of the republicans after you voted for them because they promised no more ridiculous wars.

My kingdom for a bot farm.
