11. So they won't automatically register eligible people to vote, but they'll automatically register them for the draft

I know people who were non citiezns that were in the US for school in the 60s and were drafted, after being disenrolled for grades and partying too much, and sent to Vietnam. One was a Russian citizen. Th US government reserved the right to draft any males over the age of 18 who were in the US for more than 6 months.
