The narrative was that their Supreme National Security Council issued the statements in English and Farsi, regarding the agreement.
Their Foreign Minister - Seyed Abbas Araghchi - actually had a Xitter post with the statement that CNN refers to in their "Live Updates". I did find it here -
And as a BONUS, that guy JUST sent out another Xitter post within the past hour -
These are the English versions but I haven't gone searching for the Farsi ones.

The Iran–U.S. Ceasefire terms are clear and explicit: the U.S. must choose—ceasefire or continued war via Israel. It cannot have both.
The world sees the massacres in Lebanon. The ball is in the U.S. court, and the world is watching whether it will act on its commitments.
