10. So, I still haven't figured out from the numerous posts on this matter whether the story is factual

"Iran says it has achieved a great victory and forced the United States to accept its 10-point plan, according to a statement from Iran's Supreme National Security Council report by Iranian state media,"

Did that actually happen, or is it made up by someone somewhere and wrongly published as fact?

I see a lot of posts rightly bashing IQ47 for trying to declare this reportage as "illegal", but what I'm not seeing is anyone addressing whether he's right in his claim that there was no such statement and/or whether it was reported on by Iranian state media.

What's the situation on the report's veracity, does anyone actually know?
