Yesterday

J Edgar Hoover became the head of the FBI when it was reconstructed in 1935. And he immediately went to blackmailing anyone he disliked.

So, the idiot Patel is just following in Hoover's footsteps. I bet he's blackmailing anyone he sees as a threat or who doesn't bow down to the pedo president fast enough.
