Yesterday

and the over $100 million spent on it (with a significant last minute push by the GOP), the result was 64% approve - 36% disapprove.

That tells me that Californians are telling the GOP - "Bye Felicia".

There is a prevailing assumption that the top Democrats would get knocked out of their jungle primary to make way to elect a Republican. For some reason, I don't see that happening. The "rich GOP" have proclaimed that they are leaving or have left, and the wannabe rich ones are starting to fade away (see Orange County).

The primary is June 2nd so there are still a couple months to go.
