MSG and that what especially is beneath it is so cost inefficient and poorly designed. But, both places must be rebuilt to fix inherent structural errors that were brilliantly worked around but using older information and designs. Really wish they would move MSG to Queens, though, and not Seventh Avenue. That would be a brilliant reason to finish the Second Avenue line of the MTA at the same time. Either way, this will be great for that area but take forever and be extremely disruptive. We are not calling it Trump Station. And, absolutely no way that takes less than $25 billion.
