3. 1st time he appeared via Zoom (20th March) he was driving

Matt Bevin did not attend the March 20 hearing in person. He called in from out of the state via Zoom and was driving during the discussion, testifying behind the wheel at times while he was shown on screen in the courtroom.

Seems like he was daring the judge to treat him like an average person would be treated, and thought she wouldn't dare.
