First, the "sensitivity of the matter" is, in fact, about one Muslim nation being asked to consider sending Muslim forces into fight their Muslim brothers, no matter whether they're Hezbollah or Hamas or ISIS.
Despite Sunni/Shia sectarian difference, Muslim unity is above all other considerations.

Second, the "sensitivity of the matter" is, in fact, about one Muslim nation helping "the Great Satan" to hurt or obstruct fellow Muslim brothers in any way. No matter what trade agreements Muslim nations engage in with the West, they are still called in the "Q'uran" to fight a spiritual and physical jihad for Allah.

Worldwide, Islam's Ummah (أمة ) has always had, and will continue to have, the last word.

Umma is an Arabic term in Islam that names the collective, global community of Muslim believers. Umma transcend national, racial, and class boundaries. Umma denotes a single, unified "nation" or brotherhood bound by shared faith in Allah, the Q'uran, and the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad, operating with a sense of collective responsibility and mutual support.
