This is very good news! I assume it will be appealed, but I'm optimistic. This is RFKJ's mess, not Schlump's, and I doubt Schlump gives a damn about it. Any higher courts will be ruling on the merits, which will be crystal clear to anyone other than a vaccine denying lunatic like RFKJ.
