When we have organized problems here in western Europe, as often as not, Serbs or Sqiptars are involved. The can be excessively brutal, often using (with little hesitation) firearms brought from "home" in cars over the open Croatian border. Since they hate each other, and have no problem continuing their strife on German or home soil, they are best not left alone.
