... while decrying both his past actions and his apparent idiocy in arguing that entering a government building though a broken window along with hundreds of armed rioters was a "normal" thing because he "worked construction".

"I didn't know that bashing through a line of police trying to keep us out of the building and entering protected property through a destroyed window could possibly be a crime."

"At least I'm never admitting it was. And I'm sure I'll eventually convince some judge somewhere that I'm right."
