Putin wins on oil prices going up, increasing revenue
Putin wins on supplying drones and weapons to iran
Putin wins on diverting any form of material or assistance to the Ukrainian front.
And now he gets unsanctioned oil sales.

Can Red Don be any more obvious in being the Moscovian Candidate?
