7. Michael Pung is apparently not "too big to fail."

If he were deemed too big to fail, government would not hesitate to have other taxpayers bail him out.

Most “small” individual property owners do not willfully refuse to pay their property taxes.

The questions by the justices seem to pit us against one another, the good people who pay their taxes and the bad people who do not.. Divide and conquer .

Their questions do not address the system in which we are now embedded. For the greater part of 250 years the taxpayers were not called upon to cover the losses of wealthy gamblers who engaged in bad business practices and destroyed those businesses and their surrounding communities. Things have changer. They have not improved.
