There's a wealthy Somali immigration attorney who lives in either MN or TX (don't trouble anyone with facts and names) and was busted with billions of dollars stolen from the government. Some versions of this tale also mention secret tunnels beneath the mansion, that are stuffed with 2 tons of drugs.

There is no credible reporting on this and the internet is awash in various versions of this BS.
The lie goes 'round the world before truth gets it's boots on.
