The recently formed organization is tasked with supervising postwar restoration efforts in Gaza

Says who? Under what authority? What gives this body any right to decide what happens to land that isn't their own?
Their plan appears to be to steal a bunch of land to build resorts and restaurants and murdering Palestinians to take all their land.
