Over ICE's actions, especially after the recent murders. Letting ICE run rampant would just piss people off more, especially if they end up killing more people.

Though on the flip side, I can't help but be reminded of Covid. Republicans turned their nose at common sense safety measures at every chance, and the governmental leadership within Red states played very loose with isolation mandates. The only consolation that we could take from these stupid actions was that Republicans would end up devastating their voting base into the next election - Which didn't end up happening.

Well... Hopefully our base will be impressed with the work we've done to fight Trump and all the concessions we've forced out of him. And if not, hopefully our history of appeasing Trump will appeal to all those Republicans who totally hate Trump.

And, of course, this isn't considering what Trump will end up doing to fuck with the upcoming elections - He recently had Kash send his FBI pigs to have a party in Georgia. Honestly? I wouldn't be surprised if Trump thanks us for funding ICE by having them 'guard' voting sites. Illegal as hell, but Trump isn't going to care, Republicans won't care if it keeps them in power, and now that we've funded the government throughout the year? Bye bye leverage.
