It's a big bucket of money that Mango Mussolini can just redirect and use any way he wants. I'm not the one saying they are fully funded through 2029, I heard that from a member of Congress.
Doesn't matter what is was earmarked for, he has been ignoring that kind of stuff from the beginning. Honestly, I'm surprised they even go to Congress about anything at this point.
Congress has absolutely zero power to stop him from doing anything he wants. Because, once you ask, "well, what if he doesn't do what the courts/Congress wants, what are they going to do about it?" The answer is nothing, as they have already proven to be true.
We are already in a dictatorship, they are just conditioning everyone to become numb to it all. We are already the frogs in the boiling water. We just haven't felt it yet
