An invading force with no legal reason to be there, No warrants for individuals justifying the number of "officers" sent, and an established history of flaunting state law with regards to citizen rights constitutes such a threat. Several judges have already said they are operating outside the law of the land, let alone state law.

I would arrest them, disarm them, send them back and let the courts decide. States have far more authority to protect their citizens than you might imagine, including protecting them from abuse. The various states have the right to demand evidence and correct due process for their Citizens, as they do that Federal Officers follow correct and established procedure when executing warrants.
