Countries along the Arabian Sea (and many other places around the world) take pride in their abilities to get a confession from anyone about anything. I’ve heard this firsthand from the head of a national police force.

Most people won’t hold out a whole day from skilled torture master, and the strongest ultimately break after the introduction of chemicals, a week + of -0- sleep, family members, friends or children, or many other unpleasant mechanisms.
