16. Is a president required to give the Congress or the public in general a periodic report on his state of health?

Just asking. If there's no such requirement, why does Leader Jeffries think an investigation is in order? Would we have been OK if Speaker Johnson had suggested the Congress investgate the state of President Biden's health? Or is this one of those situations where we can do it, but they can't?

Just seems weird and abnormal to me.
