All you have to do is look at the HUGE "rape kit" backlog for testing.

There are various orgs out there who are trying to tackle even something like that - END THE RAPE KIT BACKLOG.

The National Conference of State Legislatures (NCSL) has also included this on their agenda - States Make Gains in Battle Against Rape Kit Backlogs
