There's a lot of potential for hype, obfuscation and plain untruth. So look to see what others say or do.

From a few days ago, a project with the UK Atomic Energy Authority shows they can be taken seriously for some of their work:

but a Reddit comment, 5 months ago, seems to regard their claims as unrealistic:
