who could pass necessary security clearances to work on cybersecurity and systems development. Experts forecast the only way we could make up the deficit was to strongly recruit with the biggest area in which we could surge to the needed numbers was to get many more women involved.

Of course, this is an anti-woman regime. So I don't anticipate they'd recognize the need and opportunity.

And who knows if these people will actually do their due diligence in vetting those they do recruit properly. I don't have high hopes.
