is that a completely amoral person can commit crimes much faster than any legal entity can gather the necessary evidence to charge them or sue to stop them. This is especially true if they are wealthy enough to hire lawyers to fight and appeal every GD court decision they lose.

But that doesn’t mean we should give up trying!
