that signaled that those who *could* should go for it. Some of the blue states have more hurdles than others to make the state Constitution changes.

But as an example, the fact that VA now has a trifecta, means that they could try to match CA to gain at least 4 - 5 (D) seats. VA was one that was not even on my Bingo Card because they had been red for so long and slowly moved to purple. And despite having had (D) governors in the past, still didn't control all of the legislature until now.
