Every year scientists tally up the total global extraction of fossil fuels. Its not hard, since virtually all countries keep records and tax it. Then assume its all burned, and calculate the CO2 that results.

Every year the increase in atmospheric CO2 increase virtually matches the human-produced CO2 that year.

Yes some is volcanoes, some is cow farts. But the excuse why its not us is what changes every year.
