Kemp has to call a special election, something like 10 days after she resigns, then the minimum time they have to wait to hold the election, would be 30 days after that, so per the below, they are expecting some time in March.

I know FL was a bit different where they had a primary for their special election BEFORE they had the "general" special election, when they filled Gaetz's seat after he had left. In fact, I think someone else also left FL to work for 45 or something, so they had a couple special elections.
