5. Has the *DOW* reached correction yet? I can't find anything on that. (The S&P 500 did March 13,

though it recovered a bit since, and with wiggles, it is down now only 8.3% from it's Feb 19 all time high as of today's close. But my understanding is that once in a correction, the "correction" designation continues until it full recovers and reaches a new high )

Corrections, for some reading this who might not know, begin with a close down 10% or more from a recent high, and happen an average of about once every 2 years. Bear markets begin at 20% down.
