1. How Trump/Vance had expected their rhetoric to play out in Greenland.

1. Bully/Intimidate the leaders (political and business) of Greenland
2. Those leaders would go to the populace and tell them "We have no other choice but to capitulate, but we'll all make out very well in the end."
3. Greenland would divorce itself from Denmark and marry the U.S.
4. The U.S. would establish its "base" in Greenland, start changing its laws, and appropriating land belonging to Greenlanders for itself, including evictions from homes, etc.
