Sure, we're reaching into your pocket and removing your wallet, but this is not, repeat NOT, a robbery. We're simply taking measures to lighten your burden. For efficiency. You can understand that, right?

Just the other day, my taxpayer-funded dog groomer was telling my taxpayer-funded assistant's assistant over taxpayer-funded martinis how burdensome money is, and how we need to do more to relieve you, the little people, of all of it.
