10. who would arrest him?

The Congress creates the laws, the Judiciary interprets them, and the Executive enforces them. At the federal level, who has the power to arrest and hold perpetrators but officers of the Executive branch? They all work for the orange shit-gibbon and his minions now. I don't even think the Supreme Court will be able to rein him in if he loses in court. Who would they send to arrest him if he ignores their orders? He'd have to be impeached and removed from office first.
