Now your Senator from the great state of Alaska wants to punish Canadian tourism by not allowing cruise ships to dock in Vancouver. I have no problem with that. Reciprocally, no trucks enroute to Alaska shall be permitted to pass through Canada on the way north, unless they pay a stiff fee based on weigh and value of the load on board, plus a pollution tax based on the vehicle's engine displacement and the type of fuel burned by said engine. Using this type of retaliatory scenario, Canada would collect a whole lot more in revenue than they would lose in tourist dollars. Still wanna play Dan Sullivan?
