Maybe it's just me, but this doesn't seem like a good way to "Make America Great Again." Republicans need kidney transplants too.

I think the simplest answer is the best. This is an administration stocked to the brim with ideologues, and incompetent ones at that.

And don't forget cruel.

And stupid as well as incompetent.
