The judge had an order last month and plaintiffs went to court again complaining that 45 was not complying. Meanwhile, that order was being appealed and the OP is the result of the appeal.
Don't know if there are other suits directly dealing with this although there may be some that include it with other stuff.
ETA - the 4th Circuit jurisdiction -
9 (D) appointees including 1 that Shrub kept and 6 (R) appointees (the 15 are active vs Senior status)
