I do not collect SS yet, but will be eligible in a few years. With that being said, if I were receiving it and they all of a sudden take it away (which I know they are working on, even cuts), I would hope the majority of Americans (including myself) would get them a lawyer, because it is stealing. I see this as no different than a scam.
