I'll be SCOTUS will get RIGHT on that appeal by Dellinger... it IS such an emergency, they know. /snark

The only emergency cases are going to be those brought by trump to SCOTUS, after he's lost in the lower courts. And even then, he'll just say "make me" when they rule against him.
