or any of the other western states, as well as any of the southern states (providing that they have republican reps in their state and fed. governments), then no aid should flow to these states either, if you're going to tie shoelaces to the Calif. aid pkg.

Loudmouths, and wanting to hurt other Americans. Scumbags all of them.
