(969 posts)37. So is he allowed to sign them ahead of time, a few a day?
Does he have to sign them in front of witnesses? Can he use autosign? Forgeries by his staff?
All I'm saying is, no way does he sit his diaper down and write his name 100 times all at once. That's way too much like work and he's never done any of that in his life.

Some seem to think that exec orders are the way to go, but they only, IMHO, apply to federal rules.
