Obviously, it was a malfunction, several drones collided and fell.

Yes, a little boy was hurt.

I remember a monster truck show, where one of the trucks broke something and went into the crowd.

Did anyone blame the trucks?
I don't remember anyone doing that.

There have been some horrific crashes of airplanes in air shows.
Does anyone blame the planes?
