and since it’s abundantly clear that women have fulfilled lots of duties of course they are recruiting women.

Frankly, he’s pandering to the old minded crowd going back to the “Should women be in combat?” stuff I remember from the 70’s. If you extrapolate it out he’s really giving a wink and a nod to the pre-desegregated thinking.

Going back to 2002 when a bunch of us DU’ers met to march against the Iraq War, where did we meet up? At the Women’s Vietnam Memorial- 13 US military women died serving in Vietnam.
