it's because he has them compromised. Before he hires anyone he has private investigators to dig up damaging information on them. If there is no damaging info Trump throws them under the bus. The real losers and suckers are not the military, but rather the Trump ass kissing sycophants who believe Trump's dissembling. Once they buy into the Trump bullshit they're forever slaves in MAGA world.
