So this Glock thing by itself is ok, as long as it can't discharge a full magazine in under a second?

Hang on, how big is the biggest magazine and still be a concealable weapon?
Even with a 100 round barrel magazine, that is mere seconds, and it certainly wouldn't be a concealable weapon.
How hot would it get on rapid fire mode before you couldn't hold it, or the barrel gave out?

Just ban the Glock things themselves!
